Recorded live at the Hawk & Hawthorne in Barnardsville, North Carolina in April 2021 on my birthday week with some of my best friends in the universe. Everything you hear on this project including the instrumentals is 100% improvised in the moment, on the spot, off the top.

On this musical journey, we laid down over 3 hours of improvised musical content and over the past 5 months have whittled it down to the best 24 minutes and 21 seconds to bring you this EP, embodying the energy of aries season - fiery, impulsive, spontaneous, adventurous, energetic, and deeply connected to the pure unfiltered joy of the inner child. We hope this project fills you with as much happiness, fun and inspiration as we had creating it.
